A Starfish Christmas!

Dec 27, 2020 | Community, Starfish Coffee House

The Starfish Coffee House was able to celebrate the third week of advent with a joyous Christmas party and Mass while maintaining social distancing guidelines.

We started the night with a Mass celebrated by Father Peter. At this Mass, Father Peter blessed our fellow members who have completed their consecration to St. Joseph and/or Mary and gave a beautiful homily about the importance of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Following the Mass, we had a delicious dinner from Campania with some live musical entertainment by a few of our members.

Everyone was laughing and caroling throughout the night! We even had a guest appearance from Santa, who brought a little gift for each of our members. Finally, we closed the night with our community rosary and making two Christmas dinner baskets to donate to families in need.

The Starfish Coffee house will be taking a break for the holidays and will resume our meetings on January 9th. We will still continue our nightly rosary throughout this time. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!
