To register your child in our Religious Education Program, print the registration form or forms. One form per child!
You can print out from the links on this page and send in the form(s) with your registration fee. Completed registrations may be brought to the Religious Ed Office (located downstairs in the lower church) or may be mailed to:

You may also obtain registration forms in the Religious Ed. Office. The registration fee is $175.00 for 1 child, $330 for 2 children, $385 for 3 children, $425 for 4 children. Please send/bring checks payable to St. Francis of Assisi Religious Education.
We accept CHECKS ONLY.
For parents of first grade students: We require a copy of your child’s Baptismal certificate if he/she was not baptized at St. Francis. Please attach the copy to your registration form.
Religious Education Teachers are needed at all grade levels!

Each year, The Knights of Columbus sponsor a Poster Contest for children in grades K – 8. The theme of the contest is “Keep Christ in Christmas.” Entrants must create an original drawing that reflects this holy theme.
