Pressing Onward

Five months of quarantine life and the Coffee House is more alive than ever before. Even among the highs and lows of news reports, the young adults of our community continue to press on.

With lockdown in full force some weeks back, we moved our meetings online. With the softening of restrictions, we moved to socially-distant parking lot sessions. With further openings of public places, we enjoyed beach gatherings, hikes and any other wide-open spaces for prayer and fellowship. Fully respecting any and all state regulated guidelines, our creative juices flowed to allow our community to thrive. It is not simply a desire to be among friends, but to be among faith-filled friends.

Our Coffee House family, with all its kinks and quirks, beautifully depicts the love of God. Putting others before self, supporting and praying for each and all, laughing at all hours of the night (sorry to our Parish neighbors)…..we live and love with God.

We are an unyielding crew, certain that nothing can or ever will hinder our pursuit to Christ. Thank you to our Parish for your continued hospitality and support. Please continue to spread the word about our community – not only that we may welcome new faces but to give people hope. The young Catholic Church is alive and well
