Our guest speaker is Bob Walsh, a Catholic Evangelist, Eucharistic Minister and author of several religious books. He and Margie Holly have been married for 58 years. Bob has had several cancers in which God took away deadly tumors – three times! From his earliest memories to present time, has witnesses how God has healed people who called out to Him in faith. This includes virtually every type of miracle in keeping with Christ’s words in Matthew 19:26, “With God all things are possible!”

Our young people were really eating it up! I am referring to Fr. Liam McDonald‘s presentation last week to our women’s group of the Starfish Coffee House, with his topic “Our Gifts of the Holy Spirit”; how each person can discover the gifts – or tools – God has given us to use in our own way to build up his kingdom.

The Sacrament of Confirmation was celebrated joyfully at St. Francis on Saturday April 13. Bishop Luis Romero officiated and was joined by Fr. Peter and Deacon Allan.
