Keep Christ in Christmas
The Knights of Columbus are sponsoring their annual “Keep Christ in Christmas” poster contest for students in Grades K – 8. Those interested can submit an original drawing/poster with that theme. Winners will receive a gift card!
Submissions are due back no later than December 14th and may be brought to the Religious Education office in the lower church.
All submissions must be accompanied by an entry form, which are available in the lobby of the church, the lower church, or by email to stfrancisreled@aol.com. Send us a request for the form and one can be sent to you.

Toward a Pro-Life Future in the Empire State
Humanity’s salvation history was forever changed when a poor, devout Jewish girl from Galilee affirmatively said yes to life and set in motion the birth, ministry, sacrificial death and resurrection of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Mary’s fiat (“Thy will be done.”) was a gift of love to humanity, given freely in spite of her inability to know all that would entail, but with more faith in the Lord than fear of the unknown.
Our First Communion
Our First Holy Communion students celebrated their first Eucharist on Saturday, May 7, with so many happy families and neighbors as witnesses.
