Community Outreach Bus
On September 17th, Catholic Health Services will offer a wellness check up for St. Francis parishioners. The bus will be in the parish parking lot from 10AM until 2PM.
If you plan to come, please sign the sheet in the church vestibule and make sure that when you arrive you remain in your vehicle until a volunteer directs you to the bus.
The service will include blood pressure and blood sugar readings as well as follow up advice on how to respond to the results and manage your health going forward.
