Parents of First Grade Children

Two years of Faith Formation are required to prepare for First Holy Communion; here in our Diocese of Rockville Centre. First Grade Children are Home Schooled by you; the parent. Office of Religious Ed will provide all Curriculum & Study Materials.

This is a blessed opportunity to grow in Faith with your Child. Classes for 2nd—8th Grade are given here in our church.

To register your child in our Religious Education Program, print the registration form or forms. One form per child! You can print out the forms at www.stfrancisgreenlawn.org/religious-education/ and send in the form(s) with your registration fee.

For parents of first grade students: We require a copy of your child’s Baptismal certificate if he/she was not baptized at St. Francis. Please attach the copy to your registration form.

Help our children walk with Jesus! If you are interested in becoming a Catechist, or have questions about the program, please contact Deacon Allan Longo at 631.754.6436 at the Religious Education Office.
