We welcome Father Paul Farin of Cross Catholic Outreach who is speaking this weekend on July 31st and Aug 1st Masses on behalf of the poor in developing countries. Cross Catholic Outreach was founded to create a meaningful link between parishes in America and the priest and nuns working in the Church overseas in the Caribbean, Africa, Asia, Central and South America.
Who is Fr. Paul W. Farin?
Ordained in 1988, I am a priest in the Diocese of St. Georges-in-Grenada and have been an Outreach Priest with Cross since 2001. My ministry has included parish work, high school and college chaplaincy, liturgical and ecumenical workshops, and substance abuse education. I had worked with the homeless and I’m a passionate advocate for the poor in developing countries.
