A pilgrimage is a spiritually significant moment in the life of a Catholic, a moment of joy, refreshment, and peace. God calls us to pilgrimage in unique and personal ways; take seriously any “promptings” or “stirrings” you may feel.
Priests and parishes are now able to organize pilgrimages officially. While a final judgement has yet to be made regarding the many messages and events that have taken place at Medjugorje, the Vatican has acknowledged the abundance of blessings and good fruit that have come from there and encourages people to go. There have been conversions, vocations, healings, and good works. Medjugorje has changed and enriched countless people.
