The Bible Study at St. Francis with Barbara Campbell

Jan 24, 2021 | Community

We are expecting God to move mightily in this New Year in our lives and in the lives of our families!

The Bible Study at St. Francis with Barbara Campbell helps us to grow closer in our relationship to God through His word. Barbara Campbell has been leading groups in Bible Study for over 20 years. She is a pastoral counselor, a biblical scholar, an author, a radio host.

Barbara uses scripture to teach us how to stand on God’s promises, how to face life’s challenges according to God’s word … what He wants for us. Our first lesson in the new year was New Year’s Resolutions: the Holy Spirit suggestions for changing our familiar habits One of many examples of a possible resolution came from Galatians 1:10  Paul the Apostle wrote, “Am I now currying favor with human beings or God? Or am I seeking to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a slave of Christ.”

Am I a people pleaser or a God pleaser?
Be a God pleaser!

In the coming weeks, Barbara will be continuing with this theme.

Join us via Zoom on Wednesdays at 11AM.

Contact Mary Ann Farmer at: inthedel@gmail.com to get the Zoom invitation.
