St. Francis of Assisi to Host International Pilgrim Virgin Statue

The world-famous International Pilgrim Virgin Statue, which has been traveling since 1947, will be at St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Greenlawn on Saturday, June 15, 2024, from 3:00pm to 9:00pm.

You are invited to come and experience the blessings of Our Lady of Fatima during this special statue visitation, sponsored by the World Apostolate of Fatima, USA – Our Lady’s Blue Army. 

The Pilgrim Virgin Statue will be on site at St. Francis of Assisi parish from 3:00pm to 9:00pm. The procession with the Statue will be at 3:00pm followed by Mass at 4:30pm, when the Statue will remain in the church until 9:00pm. The sculpture will be visiting a number of parishes in our Diocese before moving on to other locations.

The International Pilgrim Virgin Statue has visited more than 100 countries, including Russia and China, bringing Mary’s powerful message of salvation and hope to millions of people. Countless favors and graces have been reported wherever the Virgin Statue has traveled.

3:00 – 3:30pm: Procession with Statue, 20 minute talk by Custodian, Crowning of Statue by Father
3:30 – 4:30pm: Carmelites – Divine Mercy, Rosary, silent veneration
4:30 – 5:30pm: Mass; talk by Custodian (5 mins) Father will speak on Fatima
5:30 – 6:00pm: Betania – Litany of Loretto,  Magnificat, Rosary, Silent Veneration
7:00 – 7:30pm: Haitian Mass
7:30 – 8:30pm: Divine Will – Little Rosary of Divine Will, Rosary, silent veneration
8:30 – 9:00pm: Silent Veneration
9:00pm: Process out with Statue Congregation waving white handkerchiefs
