James J. Gribbin III of Troop 382 chose for his Eagle Scout Project a special installation for our parish, an outdoor set of the 14 Stations of the Cross. With assistance from parish Trustee Paul Sepp and Fr. Peter, James set up the project from start to finish. He coordinated the selection, ordering, and receipt of the icons for the stations, including the materials for the installation.
James also handled the advertising of the project, speaking at the Masses to explain about his plans, and to appeal for donations to finance the project. He had help, not only from his family, troop members, friends, Mr. Sepp and Fr. Peter, but from many generous parishioners who donated the funding in record time, many in memory of others. The 14 stations are now complete, and everyone is invited to visit this wonderful addition to our grounds, particularly during Lent and Holy Week.
Thank you James for this lasting devotion to our parish.

Tim personally requested that only Jim Caviezel portray him. Caviezel said that he considers Sound of Freedom the second most important film he has ever appeared in, ranking it behind his starring role as Jesus Christ in The Passion of the Christ (2004).
