Sleep one night in a box and help raise awareness of the many homeless that sleep in a box every night. St. Francis YM is hosting Box City@ St Francis of Assisi. Check in: Friday, June 17th, 2022 8pm (lower church) Ends: Saturday June 18th, 2022 7am

Box City is a homeless experience learning event that helps to promote awareness of what life is like for many of our homeless neighbors. Participants will engage in group activities and sleep outdoors in their own box and sleeping bag. Mask Optional

Items needed:

• Bring your own box or boxes. You can bring items to decorate your box (tape, markers, etc.)

• Sleeping bag

• Pillow

• Blanket

• Dress in layers because this is an outdoor event.

• $10 donation towards future projects

St. Francis Youth Ministry Breakfast Run in the City

St Francis YM will be going into the city on Thursday June 16th, to serve breakfast and distribute essential items to our homeless brothers and sisters. We are asking for donations of,

NEW:
Blankets, Socks, Underwear (male and female), T-Shirts (medium and large)

LIGHTLY USED:
Backpacks, Sneakers

TRAVEL SIZED TOILETRIES:
Lotion, Toothpaste, Mouthwash * Toothbrushes, Tissues, Feminine hygiene products, Regular sized soap for bathing, Washcloths

** Donations can be left in the PB&J bin by Thursday June 16th
