Padre Pio – Saint Pius of Pietrelcina and Annual Feast Day Bake Sale
Pray that thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Hope in Jesus’ promises – don’t worry about the future. “Pray, hope, and don’t worry” are Padre Pio’s words to us.
We will celebrate his feast day on Friday, September 23, beginning at 8:00am with the scriptural rosary. The day will continue each hour of Eucharistic Adoration with a special prayer from Saint Pio.
Breakfast and lunch will round out the day with the hospitality and sharing so characteristic of St. Francis’ order. May the spirit of our own parish bring lasting joy as we memorialize the miraculous moments which St. Pio has blessed us with in our Chapel of the Angels.
